This Sunday, September 5, is the final Summer Garden Service of the season. Don't miss this opportunity to worship outdoors before we kick off our fall season!
Kirk offices will be closed on Monday, September 6 in observance of the Labor Day Holiday. Regular business hours (Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) will resume on Tuesday, September 7.
A special expanded edition of the September Kirk News will be mailed to members and includes information about new service times and expanded Sunday School options, all beginning on Sunday, September 12!
Our Summer Carillon Series concludes this Sunday, September 5 with recitals at 10:00 a.m. and noon by Kirk Carillonneur, Dennis Curry.

Sundays through Sept. 5 Our Summer Garden Service concludes (for the season) this Sunday, September 5. Seating is provided, but feel free to bring your folding chairs and blankets and enjoy this outdoor 45-minute service amidst the sights and sounds of summer in the Columbarium Garden, followed by refreshments under the umbrellas on our front patio. This service allows young and old to worship in the beauty of our garden during our glorious Michigan summers. Watch for our new service and Sunday School schedule for the fall to be announced soon!

Choir Camp a Huge Success! What a terrific week we've had as the Kirk partnered with First Presbyterian, Birmingham for a first-ever Summer Choir Camp. Over forty boy and girl choristers and friends from grades 2-8 enjoyed choir/voice instruction, musical and recreational games, and a special evening program in the sanctuary for families to enjoy. Our youth choir program kicks off Sunday, September 12 so register now! Click here for a registration form. Kirk Habitat House #7 Kirk Habitat House #7 is nearly completed! On July 10, over 100 volunteers from the Kirk and New Bethel Missionary Baptist Church in Pontiac worked side by side to frame the house before it was transported to the Ferry Neighborhood of Pontiac. Volunteers continued the project the week of August 23. We will announce the date and time for the Habitat House Dedication in the very near future.
