First Workshop with AE Sloane: Saturday, Feb 21
In January, we launched Phase 1 of "Charting the Course," a two-year journey with AE Sloan Leadership to discern God’s path for our congregation and equip us for the future. As we wrap up the first quarter of 2026, here is a snapshot of what we’ve been learning together.

Between January 29 and February 13, many of you shared your thoughts through our Congregational Survey. We asked for one word to describe how you feel about the Kirk right now—and the results were incredibly encouraging. To the left is a word cloud created from responses to the final survey question in the congregational survey. As you can see, words like "Hopeful," "Grateful," and "Good" took center stage.
Throughout March, the Transformation Team held focus group meetings with preschool parents, long-term members, community partners, and more to understand where the Kirk is flourishing and where we can grow.
