Time: Noon – 2:00 p.m.
Lunch: Provided by the Men of the Kirk (Barbequed Hotdogs, Chips and a Drink)
Location: Kirk Front Lawn Semi-Circle and East Upper Parking Lot
In honor of our late Kirk member, Bill Robinson, who was recently described as the “most influential American car designer of the post-war era,” the Men of the Kirk (MOK) are inviting the greater Detroit area car-lovers, especially those who knew and loved Bill, to join us for a spectacular appreciation of the automobile! The event starts at 12:00 noon, after our 11:00 a.m. service, and we ask that all car entries arrive between 7:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. Admission is free and will feature a free cookout. All are welcome! Donations are encouraged to support the Haiti Children’s Orphanage that was near and dear to Bill’s heart. Tours of the Kirk will also be available every half hour on the hour starting from the church steps. If you are interested in showing a car please sign-up here.
