Realm Database

Realm is the Kirk database for staff and for Kirk members that offers a website and app to update your profile and contact information, access to an online member directory, set your privacy and notification settings, and the ability to view and communicate with your groups!

  • Kirk members have received email invitations to join Realm, there is no invite code, it is by email invitation only.
  • If you didn’t receive the email, we may not have the correct email on file for you. Email Stacey Rolf if you need the email invitation sent.
  • You need to set up your account on the website before logging in to use the app.

Member Directory

Please note: Access to the church directory is limited to Kirk Members.

Kirk members are encouraged to connect using our Realm database. After you set up an account, you can use the Realm website and Realm Connect app to search a live, up-to-date directory. 

Online Directory on the Realm website:

  • Log in to Realm at onrealm.org
  • In the upper right corner, click on the Search bar with the small magnifying glass
  • Type the person's name, then click on that person's name when you see it in the drop-down menu
  • You will see that person's contact information they have decided to share
  • You can click on their email address, phone number, address, or chat directly

Online Directory on the Realm Connect App:

  • Open the Realm Connect App on your phone
  • In the upper right corner, click on the small white magnifying glass
  • Type the person's name, then click on that person's name when you see it in the drop-down menu
  • You will see that person's contact information they have decided to share
  • You can click on their email address, phone number, and address, to call, email, or get directions on your phone directly
