Our celebration weekend begins with two Scottish Themed dinners on Friday, November 18 and Saturday, November 19 in the Refectory. Both evenings will feature our Scottish Heritage with a bagpiper procession, The Rough Water String Band, Scottish Highland Dancers and festive music and activities. Watch your mail for the invitation package in September.
Our anniversary celebration will conclude on Sunday, November 20 with a very special worship service that will include the Kirkin O’ the Tartan ceremony, bagpiper, and the Alma College Pipe Band. We are delighted that The Rev. Dr. Norman M. Pritchard, Pastor Emeritus, will be our guest preacher that morning. Included in the service will be several unique commissioned music pieces for the choir and for the carillon. After the worship service, everyone will be invited to a festive strolling brunch in the Refectory.

As a Scottish lassie I wouldn’t miss any of this 75 th anniversary of Kiri in the hills events.

As a long distance member now I am looking forward to coming for the anniversary! Dr Pritchard has gotten even better and I have heard almost every sermon since moving to Florida. He is a little too far from me ( 4 hours) but his sermons on Line are great but it will be a real treat to see my church friends & hear him in person.
It will be a wonderful faith experience.
