Fox Run does it again! Just when Lighthouse was running out of bags, Fox Run (aka Kirk West) donated hundreds of bags Thursday to stock up their supply. They use the bags for special requested items needed for the 1,600 families they deliver food and necessities to every week!
This past week Pastor Edwin invited us to sing (and not just when you're alone)! He preached on what it means to be church and the Apostle's Paul command for believers to sing their life song together, in response to God's love. As we come back, we remember to sing, not just the tune of our beloved hymns, but the acts of service that comprise the melody of the church. Watch here!
Each Thursday the Chancel Choir begins it's rehearsal in the Refectory before going to the Sanctuary to record.
The middle school group participated in a series of challenges this week that created lots of laughter and a stronger sense of community!
Kirk Preschool held a free parent seminar on Thursday. The speaker, Cathy Rozenberg, incorporated 40 years of teaching and directing experiences to the talk. The seminar was recorded for everyone who couldn’t be there in person. Thank you, preschool board of directors and Sandy Jewell (preschool director), who worked hard to bring such an excellent program to our school!
