Last week Outreach & Mission funds helped to facilitate the Young Adult Mission Trip to a farm that provides a safe space and supportive services for veterans and at-risk youth through animal and garden therapy as well as intentional group and individual counseling around PTSD and trauma-informed healing. Led by Adam Devlin and Pastor Kelsey, with a brief visit by Pastor Edwin, our young adult volunteers helped create a mulch path, repaint a small barn, interact with veterans, and even play with some of the therapy horses!

Yesterday, we had a Poutine food truck to say thank you to all of our wonderful volunteers! We have seen the worshipful ways that you all have stepped in an incredibly difficult year. If you missed yesterday's Sermon on The Lord's Prayer: Lead Us Not Into Temptation, Click the button below to view!
