2024 Angel Tree Ministry Gift Donations
2024 is the 20th anniversary of the Kirk Angel Tree ministry!!
Every year, Kirk members generously contribute unwrapped gifts for children and teens served by CARE House of Oakland County. The Kirk is the main sponsor for holiday gifts for this organization, and your help with the Angel Tree program will make a significant impact on a child’s holiday.
Three (3) trees will be put in the Kirk starting on November 8th: one in the Welcome Center, one in Heritage Hall, and one near the Preschool.
- Age specific tags are hung on the trees. We collect for 4 age groups (0-3 yrs; 4-7yrs; 8-12yrs; 13-18yrs).
- Take as many tags as you like!
- Purchase your gift and bring them back and put them under the tree unwrapped, with the tag(s) on them by Dec 11.
- Hang an angel ornament (in the basket by the tree) to designate a gift has been purchased for another one of God’s little angels.
- Notes about gifts: If you would like to purchase your gifts on Amazon, and have them mailed to the church, please address them to Kirk in the Hills – Angel Tree and make sure they arrive by December 11.
- Some great gift ideas for older/teens include books, journals, makeup, nail polish, hair ornaments, art supplies. And for the infants, baby gear is also welcome.
- Gift cards are also accepted but should be put in envelopes marked for Ann Manning and put in Sarah Ford's mailbox in the office (please do not leave them under the tree).
